Delphi files new reorganization plan
October 4, 2008 – 11:39 pmDelphi Corp., the former parts-making arm of General Motors, this evening filed a new reorganization plan almost three years to the day after it filed the largest Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in the history of the U.S. auto industry.
