VW’s Wolfsburg human resources head tapped for Tenn. plant

Hans-Herbert Jagla, human resources director for Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg, Germany, will take charge of human resources at VW's future factory in Chattanooga, Tenn., on Monday, Sept. 1. Jagla, 55, joined the Volkswagen Group in 1979.

Delphi says preparing revised reorganization plan

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Bankrupt auto parts maker Delphi Corp. is preparing a revised plan of reorganization to file with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, but does not know when such a plan will be ready, a company spokesman said on Friday.
